  • 半导体制冷温度控制系统的设计研究

    在半导体制冷技术的工作性能及其优缺点研究的基础上,设计了以单片机为核心控制元件,以TEC1-12706为执行元件的半导体制冷温度控制系统。采用高精度分段式PID控制算法配合PWM输出控制的方法实现温度控制;选择数字传感器DS18B20为温度检测元件,还包含1602液晶显示模块、按键调整输入模块和H桥驱动模块等。实际测试表明,该系统结构简单易行,操作方便,工作性能优良,同时针对该系统专门设计的温控算法,使半导体制冷器能更好地适应不同工况而充分发挥其制冷制热工作特性。Based on the study of the performance and advantages and disadvantages of thermoelectric cooler(TEC)technology,a thermoelectric cooling temperature control system with single-chip microcomputer as the core control element and TEC1-12706 as the executive element was designed. High precision piecewise PID control algorithm combined with PWM output control method is adopted to realize temperature control. The digital sensor DS18B20 is selected as the temperature detection element. It also includes 1602 LCD module,key adjustment input module and H bridge drive module. The actual test shows that the system has simple structure,convenient operation and excellent performance. Meanwhile,the temperature control algorithm specially designed for the system can make the semiconductor cooler better adapt to different working conditions and give full play to its refrigeration and heating characteristics.

  • 基于DSP28335+IR2110芯片的移相全桥驱动电路设计

    为解决移相全桥电路驱动及相角控制问题,设计了一种数字控制的移相全桥驱动电路.以TPL521为光耦隔离、IR2110为栅极驱动芯片.由DSP产生PWM信号,经过光耦隔离和逻辑电路后送至IR2110进行相角控制.文章对IR2110驱动电路原理进行分析及参数进行设计,对TMS320F28335进行设置并给出部分代码.实验结果表明:通过TMS320F28335可产生的不同相角的PWM波形,满足了移相全桥对不同相角控制的要求.In order to solve the problem of phase-shifted full-bridge circuit driving and phase angle control,a digitally controlled phaseshifted full-bridge driving circuit was designed. TPL521 optocoupler isolation,IR2110 gate driver chip. PWM signals are generated by the DSP and sent to the IR2110 for phase angle control after optocoupler isolation and logic circuits. This text carries on the analysis to the principle of IR2110 drive circuit and parameter design,set up and give out some code to TMS320F28335. The experimental results show that the PWM waveforms with different phase angles generated by TMS320F28335 can meet the requirements of phase-shifted full-bridge control for different phase angles.

  • 血氧仪核心硬件电路设计及Multisim仿真

    为了实时检测血氧量,能使缺氧特别敏感的脑组织或心脏类疾病患者得到及时治疗,采用近红外双波长透射式光电脉搏血氧测定法,以H桥电路对发射光源进行控制及通用运算放大器搭建滤波电路。运用参数理论计算和计算机仿真结果相对比的方法,通过Mu ltisim软件对所设计电路进行仿真,仿真结果与理论参数计算相吻合,证明了电路参数设计的可行性,为血氧仪的实物制作提供参考。For real-time detection of oxygen saturation for timely treatment of the brain or heart,which are very sensitive to oxygen inadequacy,the near-infrared wavelengths double photoelectric pulse oximeter transmission method is adopted.The illuminant is controlled with the H bridge circuit and the filter circuit is built with general op-amps.Parameters by theoretical calculation is compared with the computer simulation results in Multisim and satisfactory results are obtained.It is shown that the design of the circuit parameters is feasible and can be a help in making the physical blood-oxygen monitor.
