The signal processing software programmed with LabWindows/CVI can be used successFully to fulfill inspection of signal and display of the waveform and data. The hardware and software configuration of test instrument are provided.The hardware of the system is simple, and can be easily realized.The stability and precision of the measurement instrument are enough to meet the requirements.

First， horizontal sync signal and field sync signal from the video signal are separated， then control signal according to the sync signal by DSP and FPGA is generated to control the switching between multiple video channels. Thus， it achieves to make a video processor to monitor different place. Experimental results show that the method can realize video channel switching reliably， and is applied in the video monitoring warning system successFully.

This paper used the DDS IP core provided by ISE to realize the NCO module, called hard core multiplier and implemented CIC filter in the down converter, described the principle and implementation detail of the demodulation of DQPSK, and derived a simple method to introduce a fixed phase shift of ?仔/4. The VHDL source code was designed by modularity method , and the complete system was successFully implemented on Virtex-II Pro development board. Test results indicate that this system successFully realize the core function of the STEL-2000A.

If uisp does not compile successFully, add switch -DNO_DIRECT_IO in the Makefile to remove support for direct I/O port access (that may be necessary on non-PC architectures). Parallel port access should still work if you have the Linux ppdev driver (patch for 2.2.17 is in the kernel directory, ppdev is standard in 2.4 kernels).
