Addfilter is a command-line application which adds and removes filter drivers for a given drive or volume. It is intended to demonstrate how to insert a filter driver into the driver stack of a device. The sample illustrates how to do this by using the SetupDi APIs. The sample works on both x86 and Alpha platforms. It has only been tested in a 32-bit environment. Since Addfilter is not a driver, it does not deal with Plug and Play or Power Management.

关于tts语音引擎的使用方法!很多软件具有英文发音和朗读功能，它们都使用了MSTTS（Microsoft Text To Speech）技术。微软遵照COM的标准，提供了一套Speech API来对MSTTS进行编程。要在程序中使用这套API，必须确保系统已经安装了MSTTS和Spchapi软件包。 Speech API可以作为类型库引用到Delphi中，方法是：打开Project选单下的Import Type Litrary，点击“Add”加入Windows\Speech目录下的Vtxauto.tlb文件，在Delphi的Import目录中就会生成VTxtAuto—TLB.pas文件，其中定义了VTxtAuto—TLB单元，把它加到Uses成员中来。设计如图2所示的窗口，定义全局变量： var VoTxt：IVTxtAuto 然后在Form的OnCreate事件中加入： VoTxt：=CoVTxtAuto_.Create VoTxt.Register(′′,′Speech Test′) {注册} “Read”按钮代码为： VoTxt.Speak(Memo1.Lines.Text,10) {朗读} “Stop”按钮代码为： VoTxt.StopSpeaking {停止朗读} 至此，应用程序已具有朗读功能，10表示使用普通语气。借住VoTxt的属性和方法，我们还可以控制阅读速度和语气，实现暂停、跳句等功能，Speech API编程就这么简单。

1 程序开发步骤如下 (1) 打开vc，选择菜单项file->new,选择projects选项并建立一个名为"floppy"的win32 console applicatoin工程；创建时注意指定创建该工程的目录； (2) 在工程中创建源文件"floppy.cpp"：选择菜单项project->add to project->files，在选择框中输入自己想要创建的文件名，这里是"floppy.cpp"；在接下来询问是否创建新文件时回答"yes"；然后通过Workspace->FileView->Source Files打开该文件,在其中编辑本程序的源代码；编辑结束后通过菜单项File->Save进行保存； (3) 同(2)步骤再加入文件"floppy.h"； (4) 通过调用菜单命令项build->build all进行编译连接,可以在指定的工程目录下得到debug->floppy.exe程序；现在即可以运行该程序；由于没有命令行参数，故不必在控制台下来运行，直接运行即可； 2 补充说明 这里仅仅给出了编译结果和源程序，没有所创建工程的其他文件。

用LPC213X系列的PWM来产生语音。语音数据来源于PC机转换后得到的。最大可以是16位的。 由于是PWM所以输出端口需要低通滤波才能够得到比较干净的声音。 可以经过修改使用LPC2132以上的ARM的D/A来产生。 This project outputs audio on PWM0 using wave samples that are stored in the on-chip Flash ROM.
