  • 基于IR2101最大功率跟踪逆变器的设计

    为解决直流逆变交流的问题,有效地利用能源,让电源输出最大功率,设计了高性能的基于IR2101最大功率跟踪逆变器,并以SPMC75F2413A单片机作为主控制器。高电压、高速功率的MOSFET或IGBT驱动器IR2101采用高度集成的电平转换技术,同时上管采用外部自举电容上电,能够稳定高效地驱动MOS管。该逆变器可以实现DC/AC的转换,最大功率点的跟踪等功能。实际测试结果表明,该逆变器系统具有跟踪能力强,稳定性高,反应灵敏等特点,该逆变器不仅可应用于普通的电源逆变系统,而且可应用于光伏并网发电的逆变系统,具有广泛的市场前景。 Abstract:  To solve the problem of DC-AC inverter, and to utilize solar energy more efficiently, the design of maximum power point tracking inverter based on IR2101 was achieved with a high-performance, which can make the system output power maximum. SPMC75F2413A was adopted as main controller. IR2101 is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. It adopted highly integrated voltage level transforming technology, and an external bootstrap capacitor was used, which could drive MOS tube efficiently and stably. Many functions are achieved in the system, such as DC/AC conversion, maximun power point tracking, etc. The actual test result shows that the inverter system has characteristics of strong tracking ability, high stability and reacting quickly. The design can not only be used in ordinary power inverter system, but also be used in photovoltaic power inverter system. The design has certain marketing prospects

  • 基于PIC18F1320微控制器的信号采集系统

      便携式信号采集在机器健康诊断系统中有较高的应用价值。机器健康诊断的信号特点是包括低频信号。本文研究是为了实现简易而且低成本的低频便携式信号采集。以Microchip公司单片机PIC18F1320为核心设计信号采集电路,实现了信号的采集和保存。系统采用串行电可擦除芯片24LC32A保存数据,经过有线通信,信号数据由串行口通过MAX232芯片输送到微型计算机接收和保存,最后绘制出信号波形。 微型计算机程序采用Visual Basic编程。研究成功采样频率为3 kHz的复杂信号,证明该方案符合设计要求。   Abstract:   Portable signal acquisition is useful in machine health monitoring systems. The signal characteristics of machine health monitoring includes low frequency signals. The goal of this study is to realize simple, inexpensive and portable low frequency signal sampling. This paper provides the project of signal acquisition system design based on PIC18F1320 microcontroller manufactured by the Microchip Technology Incorporation to achieve signal sampling and storage. The system adopted EEPROM 24LC32A to store the signal data. The microcomputer received data via wired link with the MAX232 IC through the serial port. The microcomputer program, programmed in Visual Basic, received the data, stored it and plotted the signal. The study successfully samples 3kHz complicated signals and thus meets the design requirement.

  • 基于MSP430F1611单片机的音频信号分析仪设计

      为了使音频信号分析仪小巧可靠,成本低廉,设计了以2片MSP430F1611单片机为核心的系统。该系统将音频信号送入八阶巴特沃兹低通滤波器,对信号进行限幅放大、衰减、电平位移、缓冲,并利用一单片机负责对前级处理后的模拟信号进行采样,将采集得到的音频信号进行4 096点基2的FFT计算,并对信号加窗函数提高分辨率,另一单片机负责对信号的分析及控制显示设备。此设计精确的测量了音频信号的功率谱、周期性、失真度指标,达到较高的频率分辨率,并能将测量结果通过红外遥控器显示在液晶屏上。   Abstract:   o make the audio signal analyzer cheaper, smaller and more reliable, this system sends the audio signal to the eight-order butterworth filter, and then amplifies, attenuates, buffers it in a limiting range, transfers the voltage level of the signal before utilizing two MSP430F1611 MCU to realize the audio analysis. One is charged for sampling and dealing with the processed audio signal collected by the 4096 point radix-2 FFT calculation and imposes the window function to improve the frequency resolution. The other one controls the display and realizes the spectrum, periodicity, power distortion analysis in high resolution which is displayed in the LCD screen through the infrared remote control.

  • 基于单片机的数字化B超键盘设计

    针对目前使用的RS232接口数字化B超键盘存在PC主机启动时不能设置BIOS,提出一种PS2键盘的设计方法。基于W78E052D单片机,采用8通道串行A/D转换器设计了8个TGC电位器信息采集电路,电位器位置信息以键盘扫描码序列形式发送,正交编码器信号通过XC9536XL转换为单片机可接收的中断信号,软件接收到中断信息后等效处理成按键。结果表明,在满足开机可设置BIOS同时,又可实现超声特有功能,不需要专门设计驱动程序,接口简单,成本低。 Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of the digital ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system keyboard with RS232 interface currently used couldn?蒺t set the BIOS when the PC boot, this paper proposed a design method of PS2 keyboards. Based on W78E052D microcontroller,designed eight TGC potentiometers information acquisition circuit with 8-channel serial A/D converter, potentiometer position information sent out with keyboard scan code sequentially.The control circuit based on XC9536 CPLD is used for converting the mechanical actions of the encoders into the signals that can be identified by the MCU, software received interrupt information and equivalently treatmented as key. The results show that the BIOS can be set to meet the boot, ultrasound specific functionality can be achieved at the same time, it does not require specially designed driver,the interface is simple and low cost.

  • 单片机控制的铅酸蓄电池充电电源

     为了有效地提升铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命,同时实现对充电过程的监控,设计出一种用单片机控制的36 V铅酸蓄电池充电电源。本电路采用反激式拓扑,连续电流工作模式,电源管理IC设计在电源的副边,由ELAN公司的EM78P258N单片机模拟,是用可编程器件模拟电源管理IC,实现智能电源低成本化的一次成功尝试,通过对单片机的软件设计实现了充电电源的状态显示、充电时间控制、报警、过温保护、过压保护、过流保护等功能。本充电器真正的实现了铅酸蓄电池的三段式充电过程,其最高输出功率可达90 W,效率约85%,成本不到20元,具有很高的市场竞争力。 Abstract:  In order to extend the life of lead-acid battery efficiently and supervise the charging process meanwhile, a 36V lead-acid battery charge powe supply controlled by microcontroller is designed. The charger is flyback switching power supply and works in CCM mode. A EM78P258N microcontroller made by ELAN microelectronics corporation is used as power management IC which is designed at the secondary circuit. The project is a successful attempt to low-cost intelligent power used microcontroller simulating power management IC. The charger also has the functions of the status reveal, charge time control, alarming, thermal protect, current limit and overvoltage protect by the software design. The circuit actually implements the three-step charge process, whose power is up to 90W and whose efficiency can get 85%. The net cost of this charger is less than 20 RMB, so that the charger is of powerful market competitiveness.

  • 基于ARM单片机的自动测高测距小车

    生活中许多目标的高度和水平距离需要进行测量。目前主要的测量方法,仍以传统的皮尺丈量为主,测量效率不高,有时还很不方便,没有技术成熟的数字式测高测距产品。以基本的数学方法为理论依据,利用遥控小车做为载体,采用角度传感器测量角度、霍尔传感器测量水平距离等,通过单片机LM3S615进行数据计算,实现了对待测目标物体的高度、水平距离等数据的快速、精确和数字式的测量,高度测量精度可达99.06%,水平测量精度则可达98.06%。 Abstract:  In our lives, the height and horizontal distance of some goals are needed to be measured. Because the currently used methods are still traditional tape-based measuring methods, and the measuring efficiency is low and inconvenient so some kinds of digital and portable measuring methods or instruments are needed. Based on the basic math theory, this paper designed and manufactured a portable, digital and remote controlled measuring mobile small vehicle, which assembled with angle measuring sensor for angle measurement and Hall sensor for horizontal distance measuring. MCU LM3S615 calculated the height and horizontal distance data gotten from these sensors. The measuring process is simple, the measuring results are more accurate and the measuring efficiency is higher than traditional measure instruments. The accuracy of height and distance measurement can reach 99.06% and 98.06%.

  • 基于AVR的新型防汽车追尾安全装置设计

    针对目前汽车追尾事件频发问题,提出一种防汽车车前和车后追尾的安全装置设计。该设计以高性能、低功耗的8位AVR微处理器ATmega8L为核心,结合霍尔式车速传感器、激光雷达测距装置和MMA7260QT加速度传感器,能够兼顾车前和车后,摒弃以往设计中只考虑车前或车后单一性缺点,尤其适用于高速、夜晚或新手行车。 Abstract:  Aiming at the high frequency of vehicle rear-end collision,a safe device design of anti-vehicle rear-end collision is presented.In the design,the high-performance,low-power8-bit AVR microprocessor ATmega8L is utilized as a core combined with Hall-type speed sensor,laser-radar ranging devices and the acceleration sensor MMA7260QT.The design considers both the front and back of a car,and overcomes the drawbacks of former designs in which only the front or the back of the car is considered,so it is especially suitable for high-speed,night or the beginner’s driving.

  • 基于C8051F320的心电监护系统设计

    介绍一种基于C8051单片机的动态心电监护系统。该系统由两部分组成:以C8051F320单片机为核心的数据采集装置和以PC机为平台的分析处理系统。硬件电路功耗低,由单片机自带的USB接口将数据传送给PC机。软件平台采用LabVIEW可视化虚拟仪器系统开发平台,将传统仪器的功能模块集成到计算机中,用户可通过修改虚拟仪器的程序改变其功能。采用USB接口实时传输心电数据,并将数据采集模块设计为计算机外设,使该系统高速快捷、小巧便携。 Abstract:  In this design,a low-cost ECG electrocardiogram monitoring system is introduced,which consists of two parts:data acquisition device based on C8051F320and PC terminal as the analysis and processing system.The system is low-power consumption,the data is transmitted to the PC terminal by USB interface of the C8051F320.By using the visible virtual instrument system developing platform LabVIEW,the traditional instruments function modules are integrated into the computer,so the user can modify virtual instrument software to change its function to meet their needs.Using USB in-terface to realize real-time ECG data transmission,in addition,ECG data acquisition module is designed as the computer peripheral,which makes the syetem high-speed and portable.
