This is the source for a C compiler that generates 386 or m68K code. Code generation is fairly good although the optimizer is a little naive... the code itself should be highly portable although there are some issues involved with porting from MSDOS that have to be resolved for example the size of LONG on unix machines is so big some of the code generated gets messed up. Code generation requires TASM to assemble the compiler output you can use the borland TLINK to produce executables, or the Watcom WLINK can also be used. PMODE systems written by TRAN are used for the DPMI interface.

The main features of the considered identification problem are that there is no an a priori separation of the variables into inputs and outputs and the approximation criterion, called misfit, does not depend on the model representation. The misfit is defined as the minimum of the l2-norm between the given time series and a time series that is consistent with the approximate model. This demo shows the BER performance of linear, decision feedback (DFE), and maximum likelihood sequence estimation (MLSE) equalizers when operating in a static channel with a deep null. The MLSE equalizer is invoked first with perfect channel knowledge, then with an imperfect, although straightforward, channel estimation algorithm. The BER results are determined through Monte Carlo simulation. The demo shows how to use these equalizers seamlessly across multiple blocks of data, where equalizer state must be maintained between data blocks.

What I am trying to introduce here is a full fledged Java Instant messenger, which has all the features supplied by commercial messengers like Yahoo or MSN. although it cannot compared to be in par with those messengers, it is an attempt by me to learn Advanced Java and JNI concepts. The challenges I faced here were often overcome by referring to numerous sites, which nearly zeroes in or completely solved the issues I faced at that point of time. It improved my learning curve and also believe would do the same to you too. Ofcourse, there are some bugs and glitches, which I hope you would excuse. Thanks to anyone who takes the pain to report them or even suggest better way of doing things to me.

In an electromagnetic cloak based on a transformation approach, reduced sets of material properties are generally favored due to their easier implementation in reality, although a seemingly inevitable drawback of undesired reflection exists in such cloaks. Here we suggest using high-order transformations to create smooth moduli at the outer boundary of the cloak, therefore completely eliminating the detrimental scattering within the limit of geometric optics. We apply this scheme to a non-magnetic cylindrical cloak and demonstrate that the scattered field is reduced substantially in a cloak with optimal quadratic transformation as compared to its linear counterpart.
