While resting-state fMRI is drawing more and more attention, there has not been a software for its data analysis. Based on MATLAB, we developed a package named REST. Currently REST has three main functions: function connectivity, ReHo and ALFF.

The toolbox solves a variety of approximate modeling problems for linear static models. The model can be parameterized in kernel, image, or input/output form and the approximation criterion, called misfit, is a weighted norm between the given data and data that is consistent with the model. There are three main classes of functions in the toolbox: transformation functions, misfit computation functions, and approximation functions. The approximation functions derive an approximate model from data, the misfit computation functions are used for validation and comparison of models, and the transformation functions are used for deriving one model representation from another. 外国人开发的电磁时域有限差分方法工具包 Electromagnetic Finite-Difference Time-Domain (EmFDTD) is a basic two-dimensional FDTD code developed at the School of Electrical Engineering, Sharif University of Technology. This code has been written based on the standard Yee s FDTD algorithm. Applications include propagation, scattering, and diffraction of electromagnetic waves in homogeneous and non-homogeneous isotropic media for in-plane propagating waves. Negative permittivites or permeabilities as well as dispersion is not included. Zero, Periodic, and Perfectly Matched Layer boundary conditions may be selectively applied to the solution domain. The program is best suited for study of propagation and diffraction of electromagnetic waves in Photonic Crystal structures. EmFDTD is written in MATLAB language and has been tested under MATLAB 5.0 and higher versions.

The TMS320C54x, TMS320LC54x, and TMS320VC54x fixed-point, digital signal processor (DSP) families (hereafter referred to as the ’54x unless otherwise specified) are based on an advanced modified Harvard architecture that has one program memory bus and three data memory buses. These processors also provide an arithmetic logic unit (ALU) that has a high degree of parallelism, application-specific hardware logic, on-chip memory, and additional on-chip peripherals. These DSP families also provide a highly specialized instruction set, which is the basis of the operational flexibility and speed of these DSPs.
