产生坏块的原因是因为NAND Flash的工艺不能保证NAND的Memory Array在其生命周期中保持性能的可靠，所以，在NAND的生产中及使用过程中会产生坏块。

STM32，5110液晶显示声纳探鱼器200KHz，带电路图，精确到厘米 MC34063升压，大声压发射，实际板子上滤波电路没要（电路图上的滤波电阻电容电感没焊，开路或者短路）。一般200KHz的换能器在水里面的耦合比较好，在空气中发射出来的（或者接收的）强度很低。 用的MOSFET Relay，contact和release时间都可以做到很小，不过选的是比较低端器件，所以最近测量距离为70cm。 开源啦开源啦 架构为状态机+任务流，Task都是放在函数指针数组里面的 Task分两种，routine的和错误处理的 5110液晶的SPI用的DMA 基本上STM32和C语言高阶的特征都用上了，稍微修改直接可以商用 Open Issue 偶尔会hardware fault或者memory fault，然后watchdog重启， 应该比较好解决，仔细检查下就好 有什么问题代码的file comment里面有我联系地址 有能搞到好的器件也请知会我，多谢了 接下来准备把它装到船模上，用以前四轴的那套东西，就看什么时候有时间了

在理论分析循环码编码和译码基本原理的基础上，提出了基于单片机系统的(24，16)循环码软件实现编码、译码的方案。仿真结果表明(24，16)循环码能有效地克服来自通讯信道的干扰，保证数据通信的可靠及系统的稳定，使误码率大幅度降低。本论文对(24，16)循环码的研究结果表明，可以有效地降低错误概率和提高系统的吞吐量，实现纠错仅需要在接收端增加有限的存储空间和计算复杂度，具有一定的实用价值。 Abstract: Based on analyzing the theory of encoding and decoding of cyclic code， this paper showed the schemes of encoding and decoding of(24，16)cyclic code by the software and based on microcontroller. Simulation results show that using (24，16) cyclic codes can effectively overcome the interference from communication channel， ensure the reliability and stability of data communication systems， and reduce the bit error rate greatly. The results of this paper show that by using the (24，16) cyclic code， the error rate can be reduced and the system throughput can be improved. Meanwhile， the system only needs to enlarge limited storage space and computation the complexity at the receiving end to realize error correction. Thus the (24，16) cyclic code has a practical value.

在深入了解Flash存储器的基础上，采用单片机自动检测存储器无效块。主要通过读取每一块的第1、第2页内容，判断该块的好坏，并给出具体的实现过程，以及部分关键的电路原理图和C语言程序代码。该设计最终实现单片机自动检测Flash坏块的功能，并通过读取ID号检测Flash的性能，同时该设计能够存储和读取1GB数据。 Abstract: On the basis of in-depth understanding the Flash chips，this paper designs a new program which using the SCM to detect the invalid block.Mainly through reading the data of the first and second page to detect the invalid block.Specific implementation procedure was given,and the key circuit schematic diagram and C language program code was introduced.This design achieved the function of using the MCU checks the invalid block finally，and increased the function by reading the ID number of Flash to get the performance of the memory.And the design also can write and read1GB data

This system had characteristics of simple design,low power,easy expand，low cost and high recognition. Using of universual microchip make it easy to transplant to other microcontrol system，and have strong market competitiom and practical value.
