J2ME 是SUN 公司针对嵌入式、消费类 电子产品推出的开发平台，与J2SE 和J2EE 共同组成Java 技术的三个重要的分支。J2ME 实际 上是一系列规范的集合，由JCP 组织制定相关的Java Specification Request（JSR）并发布，各 个厂商会按照规范在自己的产品上进行实现，但是必须要通过TCK 测试，这样确保兼容性。比 如MIDP2.0 规范就是在JSR118 中制定的。可能接触过J2ME 的开发者会觉得说J2ME 是一系列 的规范不准确吧。因为我们在开发中用到了很多例如CLDC（Connected Limited Devices Configuration）和MIDP（Mobile Information Devices profile）等内容。

The new standard [1] will be known as H.264 and also MPEG-4 Part 10, “Advanced Video Coding”. The standard specifies two types of entropy coding: Context-based Adaptive Binary Arithmetic Coding (CABAC) and Variable-Length Coding (VLC). The Variable-Length Coding scheme, part of the Baseline profile of H.264, is described in this document.

在jCreator建立一个叫做telnet的工程 3、把本章目录下的所有源文件加入到这个工程中 4、在project菜单下选择project setting，在JDK profile框中单击当前的JDK, 然后选择Edit,在弹出的对话框中选add,然后选add package,将本章源代码目 录下的ipworks.jar包加入。 5、在build菜单下选择complier project 6、在build菜单下选择execute，程序就可以运行了
