The AT89C52 is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcomputer with 8Kbytes of Flash programmable and erasable read only memory (PEROM). The deviceis manufactured using Atmel’s high-density nonvolatile memory technology and iscompatible with the industry-standard 80C51 and 80C52 instruction set and pinout.The on-chip Flash allows the program memory to be reprogrammed in-system or by aconventional nonvolatile memory programmer. By combining a versatile 8-bit CPUwith Flash on a monolithic chip, the Atmel AT89C52 is a powerful microcomputerwhich provides a highly-flexible and cost-effective solution to many embedded controlapplications.

More importantly, the 8xC251SA/SB/SP/SQ maintains binary code compatibility with MCS 51 microcontrollers but at the same time allows the use of the powerful MCS 251 microcontroller instruction set, with many new 8, 16 and 32 bit instructions available. DSP音频处理示例The benefits of real-time analysis provided by DSP/BIOS are often required in programs that were engineered without it. When the program is not built from the ground up using the DSP/BIOS kernel and real-time analysis features, the lack of familiarity prevents engineers from reaping the benefits of this very powerful tool set, especially in the final stage of development when real-time analysis is needed most. This application note provides an example of the necessary steps required to utilize DSP/BIOS features in order to bring these solutions to bear in an existing application.
