本文提出用级联多电平逆变器取代变压器多重化结构的STATCOM 拓扑结构,用载波相移正弦脉宽调制技术(Carrier phase-shifted SPWM,以下简称CPS-SPWM)取代工频调制。这种基于CPS-SPWM 级联多电平逆变器的STATCOM 不仅去掉了多重化变压器,而且用较低的开关频率可以获得较高的等效开关频率的输出效果,简化了滤波;针对电力系统强耦合、非线性的特征,本文提出了将自抗扰控制应用于STATCOM 装置的控制策略,此控制策略不但可以大大缩短动态过程,改善系统的动态性能,而且具有较强的鲁棒性。

Telecommunication, satellite links and set-top boxes allrequire tuning a high frequency oscillator. The actualtuning element is a varactor diode, a 2-terminal device thatchanges capacitance as a function of reverse bias voltage.1 The oscillator is part of a frequency synthesizingloop, as detailed in Figure 1. A phase locked loop (PLL)compares a divided down representation of the oscillatorwith a frequency reference. The PLL’s output is levelshifted to provide the high voltage necessary to bias thevaractor, which closes a feedback loop by voltage tuningthe oscillator. This loop forces the voltage controlledoscillator (VCO) to operate at a frequency determined bythe frequency reference and the divider’s division ratio.

该系统由单片机89S52控制模块,程控宽带放大模块,整形模块,FPGA内频率、相位差测量模块等构成,采用等精度测频法测出频率和周期,可测量有效值为0.01~5V,频率范围1Hz~20MHz信号的频率、周期信号,精度高达10-6。采用计数法测量相位差,该系统可测量有效值0.5~5V,频率10Hz~100kHz信号的相位差,精度为1°。系统功能由按键控制,测量结果实时显示,人机界面友好。 Abstract: The system consists of the following functional blocks:89S52microcontroller controlling module,programmable amplifier module,comparator module,frequency and phase difference testing module in the FPGA.The system use the equal accuracy frequency-examining technique it measures frequency and circle of signal which its ranges is from1Hz to20MHz and the amplitude of which its range is from0.01Vrms to5Vrms,precision is up to10-6.Using of count method,the system detects the phase difference of signal,the amplitude of whic its range is from0.5Vrms to5Vrms and the frequency of which its ranges is from10Hz to100kHz,precision is up to1°,The system functions is controlled by certain keys,measurement results are displayed in real-time and it is friendly interface.

介绍了当前普通标记机控制系统现状及其存在缺点,给出气动标记机及相频修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16单片机和USB转换RS232接口器件CH341T实现驱动控制系统与PC的实时通讯,标记控制系统可升级到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相频修正PWM替换555振荡电路产生的PWM,可直接通过软件调整PWM信号。使用达林顿三极管TIP122替代直流继电器驱动高频电磁阀,使得电磁阀驱动电路简单,成本低廉。该控制系统已成功应用于气动标记机。 Abstract: In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become simple and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.
