The methodology and design guidelinesare developed.By using a boost PFC circuit as an example, an equivalent circuit model is builtfor EMI noise prediction and analysis. The parasitic elements of circuit layout andcomponents are extracted analytically or by using CAD tools. Based on the model, circuitlayout and magnetic component design are modified to minimize circuit EMI. EMI filtercan be designed at an early stage without prototype implementation.In the second part, thermal analyses are conducted for the circuit by using thesoftware Flotherm, which includes the mechanism of conduction, convection andradiation. Thermal models are built for the components. Thermal performance of thecircuit and the temperature profile of components are predicted. Improved thermalmanagement and winding arrangement are investigated to reduce temperature.In the third part, several circuit layouts and inductor design examples are checkedfrom both the EMI and thermal point of view. Insightful information is obtained.

This a set of notes I put together for my Computer Architecture class in 1990. Students had a project in which they had to model a microprocessor architecture of their choice. They used these notes to learn VHDL. The notes cover the VHDL-87 version of the language. Not all of the language is covered (about 95%). You may use this booklet for your own personal learning purposes. You may not use it for profit (eg, selling copies of it, using it in a course for which people pay, etc). Custom Visual Basic Packager and Installer for Visual Basic Developers. This is a group of standard exe projects 1. Packager 2. Setup1 The packager works like Visual basic Application deployment Wizard. And the setup1 project is used for the installation of the package. This project demonstrates how to compile visual basic project without launching the Vb6 kit and retrieving the dependency Files of any Visual basic project (although roughly done without any specific algorithm), Somebody can help me with this. I don’ t have time for the project, so I don’ t want any comment on the code indentation or arrangement and variable scoping. Comments are in the code therefore it would not be a problem to understand the code. If anyone wants to vote, I will like it Oh! I found some of the setup1 code and modify it with new features, so i have no or less credit for the setup1 project I felt like sharing code with PSCites. Thats why I made it

This program incorporates the FV method for solving the Navier-Stokes equations using 2D, Cartesian grids and the staggered arrangement of variables. Variables are stored as 2D arrays. SIMPLE method is used for pressure calculation. UDS and CDS are implemented for the discretization of convective terms, CDS is used for the diffusive terms. The boundary conditions are set for the lid-driven cavity flow. Only steady flows are considered.
