  • 基于ARM单片机的自动测高测距小车

    生活中许多目标的高度和水平距离需要进行测量。目前主要的测量方法,仍以传统的皮尺丈量为主,测量效率不高,有时还很不方便,没有技术成熟的数字式测高测距产品。以基本的数学方法为理论依据,利用遥控小车做为载体,采用角度传感器测量角度、霍尔传感器测量水平距离等,通过单片机LM3S615进行数据计算,实现了对待测目标物体的高度、水平距离等数据的快速、精确和数字式的测量,高度测量精度可达99.06%,水平测量精度则可达98.06%。 Abstract:  In our lives, the height and horizontal distance of some goals are needed to be measured. Because the currently used methods are still traditional tape-based measuring methods, and the measuring efficiency is low and inconvenient so some kinds of digital and portable measuring methods or instruments are needed. Based on the basic math theory, this paper designed and manufactured a portable, digital and remote controlled measuring mobile small vehicle, which assembled with angle measuring sensor for angle measurement and Hall sensor for horizontal distance measuring. MCU LM3S615 calculated the height and horizontal distance data gotten from these sensors. The measuring process is SimPLe, the measuring results are more accurate and the measuring efficiency is higher than traditional measure instruments. The accuracy of height and distance measurement can reach 99.06% and 98.06%.

  • 基于单总线式无线温度采集系统设计

    为提高温度测量效率,降低系统的成本,扩展传输距离,设计出一种新型温度采集系统。单片机通过控制具有单总线方式的温度传感器DS18B20实现对温度的测量,同时单片机通过控制具有单总线方式300~450MHz频率范围内的MAX7044与MAX7033无线发射与接收芯片实现温度数据的无线传输。与传统温度采集系统相比,该系统利用单总线方式连接,采用无线传输方式实现远距离通信,易于系统的集成与扩展。实验结果表明,该系统结构简单、方便移植,能够同时实现多达上百点温度的测量与500m范围的传输。 Abstract:  To improve the temperature measurement efficiency and reduce system cost,expansion of transmission distance,a new type of temperature acquisition system is designed.Microcontroller controlled temperature sensor DS18B20which has a single-bus achieves temperature measurement,while microcontroller by controlled the MAX7044and MAX7033chip with a single-bus and having300~450MHz radiofrequency to achieve the wireless transmission of temperature data.Compared with conventional temperature acquisition system,the system uses single-bus connected,and uses wireless transmission means to achieve long-distance communications,easy-to-system integration and expansion.The experimental results show that the system is SimPLe,convenient transplantation,and can be implemented in as many as a hundred-point temperature measure-ment and the transmission range of500meters.

  • 串行时钟PCF8583在微机保护装置中的应用

    实时时钟是微机保护装置的重要部件,在讨论PCF8583结构与功能的基础上,提出采用dsPIC33F系列微处理器与串行I2C时钟PCF8583的接口设计方案,给出了相应的接口电路与软件流程。该设计方案结构简单,可靠性高,开发周期短,具有一定的实用与参考价值。所设计的微机保护装置已投入现场运行,效果良好。 Abstract:  Real-time clock chip is an important part in microcomputer protection device.Based on discussing the structure and function of PCF8583,a new interface scheme which uses dsPIC33F microprocessor and serial clock chip(I2C)PCF8583is proposed.The method of the circuit design and the main software flow are introduced in this paper.The scheme has SimPLe structure,higher reliability and shorter exploitation cycle,so has definite practicality or reference value.The microcomputer protection device has been put into operation with better effects.

  • 微处理器dsPIC33F在微机保护装置中的应用

    数字信号处理器dsPIC33F集多通道高精度A/D转换、多通讯模式、看门狗、CMOS Flash技术等于一体,其内部可完成所有数据操作,实现总线不出芯片技术。将该处理器应用于微机保护装置,提出基于dsPIC33F微处理器的微机保护装置的设计方案,给出相应的接口电路与软件流程。该设计方案结构简单,性价比及可靠性高,开发周期短,具有一定的实用推广价值。所研制的微机保护装置现场运行效果良好。 Abstract:  The dsPIC33F microprocessor has a plentiful interior resource which contains multi-channel,high precision A/D converters,multi-communication module,watchdog,CMOS Flash technology,and so on.All data manipulations is accomplished interiorly.What is more,it makes the technology that bus does not go beyond the chip comes into practice.The paper put forwards a design scheme based on dsPIC33F microprocessor.The scheme has the advantages of SimPLe structure,high reliability and shortened exploitation cycle.What is more,it has definite practicality and reference.The microcomputer protection device has been put into operation with excellent effects.

  • 基于ATmega16的标记机控制系统

    介绍了当前普通标记机控制系统现状及其存在缺点,给出气动标记机及相频修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16单片机和USB转换RS232接口器件CH341T实现驱动控制系统与PC的实时通讯,标记控制系统可升级到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相频修正PWM替换555振荡电路产生的PWM,可直接通过软件调整PWM信号。使用达林顿三极管TIP122替代直流继电器驱动高频电磁阀,使得电磁阀驱动电路简单,成本低廉。该控制系统已成功应用于气动标记机。 Abstract:  In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become SimPLe and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.

    介绍了一种基于C8051F020单片机的多路压力测量仪。该测量仪选用电阻应变式压力传感器采集压力信号,并经放大电路处理后送入C8051F020单片机,再由C8051F020单片机内部的A/D转换器将采集到的压力信号进行模数转化,然后分别对数据进行存储和显示。该测量仪能测量6路压力信号,并且各测量点都能单独检测和设置。由于采用了C8051F020单片机,简化了硬件电路,增强了抗干扰能力,使得测量仪具有测量精度高,冲击小等特点。 Abstract:  A measurement apparatus for multi-channel pressure based on single chip microcomputer is introduced.It can measure 6 channels signal of the pressure,and the pressure measure points can be detection and located individually.The pressure signal sampling is obtained by resistor stress-type pressure sensors,the digital signals of 6 channels are collected through amplifying and adjustment circuit of pressure signals and internal integrated A/D converter of MCU.Finally,and it realizes the function to store and display data separately.C8051F020 was used to made hardware circuit SimPLe,and it also enhanced the anti-interference ability.It features high precision and little impact.

At the same time,it can be solely run a long time in virtue of SD card in field.The date aequisition device features low cost,SimPLe structure and little sharp, and it has been used in industry field.

    基于CC1110单片机公交报站系统主要由CC1110单片机最小系统和WT588D语音模块组成,提出了如何实现语音报站,通过无线通信SimpliciTI网络协议实现公交站台的自动播报和OLCD液晶显示公交运行的各类信息。结果表明,该公交报站系统报站准确率99%,价格比同类产品下降了300%以上,系统组成结构简单,提高了系统的抗干扰性和稳定性,也便于携带。 Abstract:  The bus stop announcement system based on CC1110 MCU is composed of CC1110 MCU minimum system and WT588D voice module. How to achieve the voice announcing is put forward.The bus-stop will announce automatically and display on the OLCD by means of wireless communication SimpliciTI network protocol. As a result, the bus station stop announcement systems reported 99% accuracy rate, price of similar products declined by 300% or more, system of SimPLe structure, improve the anti-jamming and stability of the power system, it is also portable.
