碟机Search流程说明 Search过程中,主要涉及到的问题是Search(搜索) 和Match(匹配),其目的就是能够准确地给光头定位。如果匹配才算是成功的?要跳转多少个Track(信迹)才能到目的位置,以及这些跳转指令又是如何?等等诸如此类的问题都将该文档中有详细的解释说明。在koala这个项目中,当 SERVO不在做顺序读取,而因为某些特定目的要求需要做跳转读取,这时就需要用到Search功能,快速跳转至指定位置读取数据。比如说歌曲跳转,当播放完前一首歌时,开始播放下一首歌时,必须快速将光头移至该首歌的开始数据位置,但因为前后两首歌的数据地址可能不是连续的,这就需要根据前后两首歌的地址差值进行Search动作。

SERVOmotors are available as AC or DC motors. Early SERVOmotors were generally DC motors because the only type of control for large currents was through SCRs for many years. As transistors became capable of controlling larger currents and switching the large currents at higher frequencies, the AC SERVOmotor became used more often. Early SERVOmotors were specifically designed for SERVO amplifiers. Today a class of motors is designed for applica-tions that may use a SERVO amplifier or a variable-frequency controller, which means that a motor may be used in a SERVO system in one application, and used in a variable-frequency drive in another application. Some companies also call any closed-loop system that does not use a stepper motor a SERVO system, so it is possible for a simple AC induction motor that is connected to a velocity controller to be called a SERVOmotor.

本文提出基于AD2S1210的旋变信号转换电路,给出了具体的电路实现方法和配置方法.相比以往的RDC方案,本系统具有精度高,设计灵活,可靠性高等特点,可广泛应用于各种伺服系统中.In this paper, the switching signal conversion circuit based on ADS1210 is proposed, and the specific circuit implementation and configuration method are given. Compared with the previous RDC scheme, this system has the characteristics of high precision, flexible design and high reliability, and can be widely used in various SERVO systems.

以STM32F103C8T6为核心,设计了无刷直流电机控制器硬件电路。电路主要包括IR2310构成的PWM驱动电路、IRF3808构成的逆变电路、增量式旋转编码构成的速度反馈电路。控制器具有CAN和RS232通信接口,可与计算机或PLC构成速度或位置伺服系统。利用由xPC目标搭建的半实物仿真平台对PI参数进行整定。测试了控制器的速度伺服响应性能,给定速度为2400rpm时,控制器响应时间为0.32s。实验结果表明,系统工作可靠,稳定性好,响应速度快,可以满足上肢康复机器人的机械臂速度控制性能要求。The hardware circuit of Brushless DC motor controller is designed by taking STM32F103C8T6 as the core,which mainly includes PWM driving circuits made up of IR2310,inverter circuit formed by IRF3808,speed feedback circuit composed of incremental rotary encoder and so on.Speed SERVO control system or position SERVO control system can be composed of BLDM controller with computer or PLC through CAN communication interface or RS232 serial communication interface.By using the hardware in the loop simulation platform built by xPC target,the PI parameters are set up.The Speed SERVO response performance of the controller is tested.When the speed is 2 400 rpm,the response time of the controller is 0...
