      The LTM4601 DC/DC μModule regulator is a completehigh power density stepdown regulator for up to 12Acontinuous (14A Peak) loads. The device is housed ina small 15mm ¥ 15mm ¥ 2.8mm LGA surface mountpackage, thus the large power dissipation is a challengein some applications. This thermal application note willprovide guidelines for using the μModule regulator inambient environments with or without air fl ow.   • PCCM下推挽正激变换器的研究与实现

    提出了一种24V/15A 直流变换器的设计方法。主电路采用推挽正激电路,通过在传统推挽电路的基础上增加一个箝位电容,起到抑制偏磁和开关管关断电压尖峰的作用。控制采用峰值电流控制方式(Peak CurrentControlled Model,简称PCCM),为了克服其对占空比要求的限制,加入了斜坡补偿环节。在进行详细的理论分析基础上,给出了主电路和控制电路一些关键参数的设计步骤;最后通过原理样机的研制,验证了理论分析的正确性。

  • 基于单片机和FPGA的多功能计数器的设计

    以89S52单片机和EP1C6Q240C8型FPGA为控制核心的多功能计数器,是由峰值检波、A/D转换、程控放大、比较整形、移相网络部分组成,可实现测量正弦信号的频率、周期和相位差的功能。多功能计数器采用等精度的测量方法,可实现频率为1Hz~10MHz、幅度为0.01~5Vrms的正弦信号的精确测频,以及频率为10Hz~100kHz、幅度为0.5~5Vrms的正弦信号精确测相。液晶显示器能够实时显示当前信号的频率、周期和相位差。该多功能计数器精度高,界面友好,实用性强。 Abstract:  A multi-function counter,which uses89S52MCU and EP1C6Q240C8FPGA as a control core,consists of Peak detector,A/D conversion,program-controlled amplification,compared shaping and phase-shifting network part.The counter measures the frequency,period and phase of sinusoidal signal.With the equal precision method,the multi-function counter achieves the precise frequency measurement of the sinusoidal signal which its frequency is from1Hz to10MHz,its amplitude is from0.01Vrms to5Vrms,as well as the accurate phase measurement of the sinusoidal signal which its frequency is from10Hz to100kHz,its amplitude is from0.5Vrms to5Vrms.The LCD monitor real-time displays the frequency,period and phase difference of current signal.The multi-function counter features high precision,friendly interface,and strong practical.

    量测/测试所面临之问题 此测试验证上,要使用NI公司之LAB VIEW及DAQ CARD来取代AUDIO PRECISION及其所附软体ATS。首先需克服硬体解析度上的差异,再来是FFT(FAST FOURIER TRANSFORM,快速传立业转换)演算未予的撰写,这将会影响MULTI-TONE讯号上Peak值的侦测。另外,以RS-232为I/O介面,并呼叫客户所提供之DLL档来与DUT内的IC沟通,但因LAB VIEW无法直接呼叫其STRUCTURE,故需用VC++再编译一层新的DLL来供LAB VIEW使用。

  • 基于PIC单片机的脉冲电源

    基于PIC单片机的脉冲电源:设计了一种金属凝固过程用脉冲电源。该电源采用PIC16F877作为主控芯片,实现对窄脉冲电流幅值的检测,以及时电流脉冲幅值根据模糊PID算法进行闲环控制。使用结果表明:该电源的输出脉冲波形良好,电流幅值稳定,满足合金材料凝固过程的工艺要求且运行稳定可靠。关键词:脉冲电源;PIC16F877单片机;模糊PID;闲环控制 Abstract:A kind of pulse power supply was designed which uses in the metal solidification process ..I11is power supply used PIC16F877 to take the master control chip reali on to the narrow pulse electric current Peak-to-Peak value examination,carried on the closed-loop control to the electric current pulse Peak-to-Peak value basis fuzzy PID algorithm.The use result indicated ,this power supply output se profile is good,and the electric current Peak-to-p~k value is stable,It satisfies the alloy material solidification process the technological requirement and movement stable reliable,Key words:p se po wer supply;PIC16F877single-chip microcontroller;f r PID;closed-loop control
