The P90CL301 is a highly integrated 16/32 bit micro-controller especially suitable for applications requiring lowvoltage and low power consumption. It is fully software compatible with the 68000. Furthermore, it provides bothstandard as well as advanced peripheral functions on-chip.One of these peripheral functions is the I2C bus. This report describes worked-out driver software (written in C) toprogram the P90CL301 I2C interface. It also contains interface software routines offering the user a quick start inwriting a complete I2C system application.

The overall performance of a system can be improved by providing a more accurate temperature measurement of the most critical devices allowing them to run just a few degrees hotter.The LM83 directly senses its own temperature and the temperature of three external PN junctions. One is dedicated to the CPU of choice, the other two go to other parts of your system that need thermal monitoring such as the disk drive or graphics chip. The SMBus-compatible LM83 supports SMBus timeout and logic levels. The LM83 has two interrupt outputs; one for user-programmable limits and WATCHDOG capability (INT), the other is a Critical Temperature Alarm output (T_CRIT_A) for system power supply shutdown.

On the LPC13xx, programming, erasure and re-programming of the on-chip flash can be performed using In-System Programming (ISP) via the UART serial port, and also, can be performed using In-Application Programming (IAP) calls directed by the end-user code. sheerdns is a master DNS server whose zone records are stored on a One-Record-Per-File bases. Because of this, it is the simplest of any DNS to configure, the easiest to update, and the most efficient for networks that experience a lot of updates (for example master servers for dynamic IP address ranges).
