This book is based on a Ph.D. research that has been conducted at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in collaboration with Dutch Electricity & Gas Distribution Network Operator, Stedin. This book was written as a result of wider interest that was shown by different industry groups on this topic after its public defence. 音频管理组件(Audio Management Unit,AMU)是先进客舱娱乐与服务系统(Advanced Cabin Entertainment Service System,ACESS)的组成部分,应用于飞机上音频资源的管理与控制。飞机运营对航空机载电子系统准确性、复杂性和安全性的高要求,使得其维修维护工作极大地依赖于自动测试设备(Automatic Testing Equipment,ATE)。本课题来源于实际工程项目, FPGA技术具备多种优点,将其与民航测试设备结合研制一个用于检测AMU故障的自动测试系统,该系统将对AMU自动完成部件维修手册(Comvonent Maintenance Manual,CMM)所规定的全部功能、性能方面的综合测试。 本文首先概述音频管理组件、自动测试系统及其在民航领域的应用,并阐述了课题的背景、研究目标和相关技术要求;文章对可编程逻辑器件CPLD/FPGA的结构原理、硬件描述语言VHDL的特点以及MAXL+plusⅡ软件的设计流程进行了说明,重点阐述了基于FPGA的DDS信号发生器以及数据采集卡的设计实现、并着重阐述了ARINC429总线的传输规范,和基于FPGA的ARINC429总线接口的设计与实现。在ARINC429接口设计中采用自顶向下,多层次系统设计的方法,用VHDL语言进行描述。在发送器中利用了FPGA内部的分布式RAM创建异步FIFO,节约了FPGA的内部资源和提高了数据传输速度;在接收器中采用了提高抗干扰性的优化设计。测试结果表明基于FPGA的设计实现ARINC429总线数据通信的要求,使用方便,可靠性好,能够克服HS-3282芯片中的数据格式固定,使用不够灵活方便,价格昂贵的缺点。

Methods for designing a Maintenance simulation training system for certain kind of radio are introduced. Fault modeling method is used to establish the fault database. The system sets up some typical failures, follow the prompts trainers can locate the fault source and confirm the type to accomplish corresponding fault Maintenance training. A training evaluation means is given to examining and evaluating the training performance. The system intuitively and vividly shows the fault Maintenance process, it can not only be used in teaching, but also in daily Maintenance training to efficiently improve the Maintenance operation level. Graphical programming language LabVIEW is used to develop the system platform.

为了改变目前电网现场作业管理的变电巡检、变电检修试验、输电线路巡检检修等管理系统各自独立运行,信息不能共享,功能、效率受限,建设和维护成本高的现状,提出了采用B/S+C/S构架模式,将各现场作业管理模块和生产MIS(管理系统)集成为一体的现场作业管理系统的设计方案,做到各子系统和生产MIS软硬资源共享,做到同一数据唯一入口、一处录入多处使用。各子系统设备人员等基础信息来源于生产管理系统,各子系统又是生产管理系统的作业数据、缺陷信息的重要来源。经过研究试用成功和推广应用,目前该系统已在江西电网220 kV及以上变电站全面应用。 Abstract: In order to improve the status that the substation field inspection system, substation equipments Maintenance and testing system, power-line inspection and Maintenance system are running independent with each other. They can?蒺t share the resource information which accordingly constrains their functions and efficiency, and their construction and Maintenance costs are high. This paper introduces a field standardized work management system based on B/S+C/S mode, integrating all field work management systems based on MIS and share the equipments and employee?蒺s data of MIS,the field work data of the sub systems are the source information of MIS, by which the same single data resouce with one-time input can be utilized in multiple places. After the research and testing, this system is triumphantly using in all 220kV and above substations in Jiangxi grid.

在航电系统维护过程中,为解决定位故障的效率和降低维修成本等问题,提出了基于ICD(Interface Control Document,接口控制文件)的1553B总线的信息监控系统模型。该系统运用数据采集卡对总线中传输的信号有无失真、偏差等电气特性进行检测,并使用1553B通讯卡通过测控软件LabWindows/CVI编程与ICD数据库的动态链接,实现总线信息的解析和故障的判断。与传统的维护过程相比,这种模型能够从信号的电气特性以及信息的解析等全方位的去检测判断故障的来源,并且能够广泛在其他1553B总线系统内扩展应用。验证表明该监控系统可以对总线信息进行快速有效地监测分析,能满足应用需求。 Abstract: In the process of avionics system Maintenance, to solve the problems such as improving the efficiency of fast orientation to troubles and reducing Maintenance cost, system of 1553B bus information monitor model based on ICD was proposed. The system observed whether the data which transmitted on the bus appear distortion and deviation by using data acquisition card. And using 1553B communication card programming of the measure software LabWindows/CVI and the dynamic linking of ICD database, message analysis and fault estimation could be realized. Compared with traditional Maintenance, this model can all-dimensionally detect and analyze the source of faults from both electrical characteristics of the signal and message analysis, and it can be widely applied in the other 1553B system. Experiment shown that this monitor system can effectively detect and analyze the bus message and can meet the application requirements.
