The AP2406 is a 1.5Mhz constant frequency, slope compensated current mode PWM step-down converter. The device integrates a main switch and a synchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. It is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell lithium-Ion (Li+) battery. The AP2406 can supply 600mA of load current from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The AP2406 can also run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extending battery life in portable system. Idle mode operation at light loads provides very low output ripple voltage for noise sensitive applications. The SP2526A device is a dual +3.0V to +5.5V USB Supervisory Power Control Switch ideal for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. Each switch has low on-resistance (110mΩ typical) and can supply 500mA minimum. The fault currents are limited to 1.0A typical and the flag output pin for each switch is available to indicate fault conditions to the USB controller. The thermal shutdown feature will prevent damage to the device when subjected to excessive current loads. The undervoltage lockout feature will ensure that the device will remain off unless there is a valid input voltage present.

The PW4055 is a complete constant-current /constant-voltage linear charger for single cell lithiumion batteries.Its ThinSOT package and low external component count make the PW4055 ideallysuited for portable applications.Furthermore, the PW4055 is specifically designed to work within USBpower specifications.The PW4055 No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to theinternal MOSFET architecture.Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the dietemperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixedat 4.2V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The PW4055automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmedvalue after the final float voltage is reached. When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) isremoved, the PW4055 automatically enters a low current state, dropping the battery drain currentto less than 2µA. The PW4055 can be put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 25µA.The BAT pin has a 7KV ESD(HBM) capability. 本文首次设计并验证了基于macom三合一芯片设计的光模块电路,该电路旨在提供一种满足SFF-8472中规定的数字诊断功能的低成本SFP+模块。电路采用激光器驱动、限幅放大器、控制器以及时钟恢复单元集成的单芯片,在保证高精度数字诊断功能基础上,实现了低成本高可靠的特点。该电路在光接收接口组件与激光器驱动和限幅放大器单元的限幅放大器部分之间接入滤波器来提高模块的灵敏度及信号质量。在控制器单元的数字电位器的引脚上采用外加电阻的方式避免出现上电不发光的故障问题。该研究结果为下一代SFP-DD光模块设计与开发工作,奠定了一定的理论与实践基础。This paper designs and validates the optical module circuit based on the MACOM Trinity chip for the first time.This circuit aims to provide a low-cost SFP module which meets the digital diagnosis function specified in SFF-8472.The circuit uses a single chip integrated with laser driver,limiting amplifier,controller and clock recovery unit.On the basis of ensuring high precision digital diagnosis function,it achieves the characteristics of low cost and high reliability.The circuit connects a filter between the optical receiving interface module and the limiting amplifier part of the laser driver and limiting amplifier unit to improve the sensitivity and signal quality of the module.The pin of the digital potentiometer in the controller unit is equipped with an external resistance to avoid the problem of power failure.The research results lay a theoretical and practical foundation for optical module design in high-speed data center.
