电力系统远程监控,即远动,就是应用通信技术对远方的运行设备进行监视和控制,以实现远程测量、远程信号传输、远程控制和调节等多项功能。随着国民经济的发展,越来越多的远程监控应用于电力系统和其他工业应用场合,人们对无人值班的需求越来越大,用户对远程监控的通信质量和通信可靠性的要求也越来越高。但是由于通信信道的制约和通信规约的不一致性,限制了系统的推广。目前,远程监控系统一直随着自动化、计算机和通信技术的发展,要求系统和IDES能符合全球变电站数字化和设备通用化的要求,因此对远程控制的关键技术进行研究具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。 基于远程监控的实际需求和对于降低通信的成本的考虑,简化通信的处理需求,以及广阔的市场需求,促使我们开展了对远程监控系统的研究。 本文对我国电力监控远程控制系统发展概况进行了综述,对国外典型的变电站自动化系统进行了分析;对变电站自动化系统通信网络的现状和通信协议的应用现状进行了分析;对电力系统远程监控系统的通信信道、通信规约和后台监控平台等若干关键技术问题进行深入研究;在实现基于
