OBD（On-Board Diagnostics），即随车诊断系统，可以通过汽车上安装的随车诊断装置，实时监测汽车的运行状况。美国汽车工程师协会（SAE）制定的汽车OBD 1随车诊断系统，统一了故障诊断接口和故障代码的设置及含义。随车诊断系统的不足之处是只能提供某一特征故障的故障代码与某些故障数据，不能对维修人员给以更具体的指导。一种比较有效的解决方案是将专家系统与随车诊断系统相结合，设计出一种集故障代码与故障数据的采集、逻辑判断与维修指导为一体的，并具备用户经验知识库扩充功能的计算机辅助诊断系统，能方便地指导维修人员较迅速、准确地找出电控汽车故障原因，从而提高汽车维修效率。[1]目前，OBD11随车诊断系统的连接器采用SAEJ1962标准的16引脚插座，数字信号主要采用ISO9141和SAEJ 1850规定的电平信号编码，读取诊断信息必须通过专用的OBD 11电缆及接口。利用蓝牙技术，将OBD11接口的电平编码进行无线电传输，不仅方便了OBD11随车诊断系统的信息交换，也将大大扩展OBD11随车诊断系统的应用领域。

1、安装完成后，点击Continue Free，进入下一步。2、如上图依次点击1-4，选择下图所示从TI官网下载的封装文件，导出所需软件的封装配置文件。注：这里导出的还只是配置文件，需再做一些操作才能生成Allegro的原件库文件。3、导出文件后，配置文件会自动尝试生成原件封装，但是肯定会失败。这时需要把自动打开的txt文件中如上所示的路径添加到Allegro中.4、双击上图自动生成的blank Board.Brd.如下图所示，依次把txt中的路径添加到Scriptpath，Padpath，psppath中。5、双击2019-05-22-17-33-23.bat，然后，一路确认下去。结束，下面箭头所指文件就是我们所要的元件封装了。当然，其他pad，Flash文件也要复制到相应的库路径里。

OBD是英文On-Board Diagnostics的缩写，中文翻译为“车载自动诊断系统”。这个系统将从发动机的运行状况随时监控汽车是否尾气超标，一旦超标，会马上发出警示。当系统出现故障时，故障(MIL)灯或检查发动机(Check Engine)警告灯亮，同时动力总成控制模块(PCM)将故障信息存入存储器，通过一定的程序可以将故障码从PCM中读出。根据故障码的提示，维修人员能迅速准确地确定故障的性质和部位。OBD技术最早起源于80年代的美国，初期的OBD技术，是通过恰当的技术方式提醒驾驶员发生的失效或是故障。欧盟和日本在2000年以后引入OBD技术，04年之后，汽车发达国家的OBD技术进行第三个阶段。
