针对科研实验中对拉压千斤顶加载过程控制的需要，采用ATmega128单片机控制步进电机进而实现对执行系统的电动泵站实行自动控制。对力和位移的数据采集与处理及用步进电机控制电动泵站手柄的技术细节作了重点描述。通过单片机的A/D变换器对AMP放大模块采集的电桥信号作量化处理，千斤顶的操控手柄位置依电动油泵阀门开启的方向和大小作若干定位，单片机根据力或位移传感器信号，实时控制步进电机驱动手柄旋转到相应操控位置。 Abstract: This article describes the use of ATmega128 AVR microcontroller series of DBS electric pumping stations and QF100/200 separate twoway hydraulic jack to automate the process of manipulating the work of the technical content. Articles on force and displacement data acquisition and processing， and stepper motor control electric pump with the handle of the key technical details were described. Through the MCU’s A / D converter module is collected on the AMP amplification quantify the signal bridge， jack handle position control valve opening according to the direction of electric pumps for a number of positioning and size of the microcontroller based on force or displacement sensor signals， real-time control stepper motor drive control handle rotate to the appropriate location.

Except Mega16 also support the Basic, C, and other high-level language programming.The electronic clock which is deisgned by Mega16 is not only low-cost, simple hardware, but easy to achieve system migration.The design method of electrioic clock based on the AVR Mega16 and character LCD1602 is introduced in this paper,and the corresponding circuit electrionic and some language program are given.

针对船舶气象仪保障维修而设计的船舶气象仪测试系统，包括信息处理终端、主仪器检测模块、传感器检测模块，各个模块都采用基于AVR单片机的嵌入式系统，模块之间通过CAN总线进行通信。结果表明，船舶气象仪测试系统能够快速检测船舶气象仪故障，与单纯依靠人工方式排查故障相比，故障检测时间缩短了60%以上。 Abstract: The test system of ship meteorological instrument was developed to satisfy the maintenance of ship meteorological instruments，which composed of information processing terminal， testing module of main instrument and testing module of sensors. Each of these modules included an embedded system based on microcontroller of AVR series and communicated with other module by CAN bus. The results show that the test system can judge the fault of ship meteorological instrument quickly and shorten the fault detection time as much as 60% compared with simple manual troubleshooting.

LUFA (Lightweight USB Framework for AVRs) is my first foray into the world of USB. Originally based on the AT90USBKEY from Atmel, it is an open-source, driver for the USB-enabled AT90USBXXX AVR microcontroller series, released under the permissive MIT License (see documentation or project source for full license details). Currently, the AT90USB1286, AT90USB1287, AT90USB646, AT90USB647, AT90USB162, AT90USB82, ATMEGA16U4 and ATMEGA32U4 AVR microcontrollers are supported by the library. Supported boards are the USBKEY, STK525, STK526, ATAVRUSBRF01 and the RZUSBSTICK.
