Then the Class-Byte (CLA), Instruction-Byte (INS), Parameter 1 (P1), Parameter 2 (P2). If wou don愒 want to send Parameter 3 (P3) press Ctrl-d (^d). This example provides a description of how to use a DMA channel to transfer a word data buffer from memory (Flash) to memory (RAM). The dedicated DMA channel is configured to transfer once a time a 32 word data buffer stored as constant in the Flash memory to another buffer in the RAM memory. The received data are stored in the DST_Buffer. The DMA channel transfer complete interrupt is enabled to generate an interrupt at the end of the buffer transfer. As soon as the transfer is completed an interrupt is generated and in the DMA channel interrupt routine the transfer complete interrupt pending bit is cleared. The data counter is stored before and after the transfer to show that all data has been transfered. TransferStatus gives the data transfer status where it is PASSED if transmitted and received data are the same otherwise it is FAILED

The Radio Interface Layer is the name for an interface that was developed especially for the Pocket PC Phone Edition. It is meant to abstract the interface with a phone/modem device. To achieve this it is closely modelled after the GSM AT command interface. Unfortunately the API was not published officially by Microsoft. Instead more high level API s were published that should be sufficient for developers. Again, unfortunately they are not sufficient. For example the API for receiving notification of incoming SMS messages is arranged for exclusively for one application per type of SMS. Apparently this will be improved upon in Pocket PC 2003. Another area is the availablity of a true AT command modem interface to interact with the GSM modem directly, which is also absent.

The Little Green BATS is the first and so far only Dutch team in the 3D simulation league. We are a group of graduate students from the department of AI at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. Our team name is derived from the fact that the first 3D agents in the league were balls and from the very philosophical observation that Balls Are Truly Spheres (BATS). This abbreviation reminded us of our favorite song Little Green Bag by The George Baker Selection and so the whole team name was born. We entered the competition for the first time at the 10th edition of RoboCup at Bremen, Germany. unfortunately our hard work didn t pay off that time: already in the second round we got eliminated. However, after this we had a good base to build upon and the good time we had at the event and the nice community inspired us to continue and work hard for another year. This turned out to be defiantly worth it, because in 2007 in Atlanta we managed to become vice world champions!
