在工业领域电机的运行状态将直接关系到其自身的生产效率以及生产的安全性,如何有效的对电机进行控制,也是相关研究人员所关注的重点。电机的传统控制方式主要是通过模拟器件进行,由于模拟器件有着成本低廉以及结构简单等诸多优势,得到了十分广泛的应用。然而,其系统控制功能难以很好的升级,可靠性也不佳。所以,随着现代数字式控制系统的发展,对电机的控制方式也发生了极大的转变,通过嵌入式系统实现对电机的控制有着无以比拟的优势。因此,本文首先将概述嵌入式系统的发展,然后分析嵌入式单片机系统控制设计,最后详细阐述嵌入式单片机在电机控制系统中的具体应用措施,希望可以为相关工作人员提供有用的参考。

In the industrial field,the operation status of motor will directly affect its own production efficiency and safety.How to effectively control the motor is also the focus of relevant researchers.The traditional control mode of motor is mainly through analog devices,which have many advantages such as low cost and simple structure,and have been widely used.However,its system control function is difficult to upgrade and its reliability is not good.Therefore,with the development of modern digital control system,great changes have taken place in the control mode of motor,and the realization of motor control through embedded system has unparalleled advantages.Therefore,this paper will first outline the development of embedded system,then analyze the control design of embedded MCU system,and finally elaborate the specific application measures of embedded MCU in motor control system,hoping to provide useful reference for relevant staff.
