This paper introduces a charging system for electric automobile based on STC8 single chip computer and IC payment card.it aims to are to increase the electricity charge measurement and charge with the on-board household charging device.Because of the low charing power,low cost and its popularization,It applys multipled serial interfaces of single chip to collect the power consumption of the electricity meter,charges by RFID card and IC card,which driving digital to dasplay byserial TM1638 and usingkeyboardcommandsetc.This system can reduce the impact on grid load by means of grid trough charging.
