为使电阻应变式称重测力传感器的输出灵敏度规范化,必须在传感器的输入端串入性能稳定的电阻,目前该工作由标定人员在对传感器标定中由人工计算确定。本文介绍笔者开发的能自动计算系数电阻和非线性误差的智能仪表的软硬件设计思路和办法。实践证明该仪表大大提高了传感器的标定工作的效率和准确性。
In order to normalize the output sensitivity of the resistance strain weighing force sensor, resistance with stable performance must be inserted into the input end of the sensor. At present, this work is determined by manual calculation in the calibration of the sensor by the calibration personnel. This paper introduces the software and hardware design idea and method of the intelligent instrument developed by the author which can automatically calculate coefficient resistance and nonlinear error. Practice shows that this instrument greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of sensor calibration.
