设计了一种基于51单片机的双轴太阳跟踪系统,以提高太阳能的利用效率。该自动控制系统基于51单片机为控制核心的基础上,配合时间、阴晴天检测、光电检测等模块组成,利用阴晴天检测模块判断当前是阴天还是晴天,从而分别调用视日轨迹追踪模式及光电追踪模式。以51单片机为核心,根据太阳的方位角与俯仰角计算出太阳能光伏板的位置转动参数,发出控制指令驱动步进电机模块使双轴机械结构进行转动,使得太阳始终垂直照射在太阳能光伏板上,最大程度地提高太阳能利用效率。
This paper designs a dual-axis solar tracking system based on 51 single-chip microcomputer to improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy.The automatic control system is formed on the basis of the 51 single-chip microcomputer as the control core with the time module,the cloudy day detection module,the photoelectric detection module,etc.,using the cloudy sunny detection module to judge whether the current is cloudy or sunny,thereby respectively calling the visual day trajectory tracking mode and using photoelectric tracking mode.Taking 51 single-chip microcomputer as the core,the position rotation parameter of the solar photovoltaic panel is calculated according to the azimuth and elevation angle of the sun,so that the control command is driven to drive the stepping motor module to rotate the biaxial mechanical structure,so that the sun always illuminates vertically in the solar energy.On the photovoltaic panel,the solar energy utilization efficiency is maximized.
